I’m leaving this review to give a fair and complete picture of my experience. First, I want to say that the doctors and clinical staff were excellent. The dentist was professional, thorough, and genuinely made me feel comfortable during treatment. I also appreciated the office’s flexibility with scheduling when availability was tight — that effort did not go unnoticed. Where my experience became frustrating was with billing and front-desk communication, particularly around insurance explanations. On multiple occasions, I was told I needed to pay certain amounts upfront, only to later receive an Explanation of Benefits from my insurance showing something different. From the moment you walk in, the entire experience was flawless. The reception team was incredibly warm, organized and efficient, I was checked in and seen right on time, the clinic itself is immaculate and utilizes modern comfortable equipment. I really appreciate the consistency of the care at PADG. While the front office staff has had some changes, and promotions, the dental staff has been SUPER consistent. There is a level of trust that you impart on people poking and prodding your mouth, and a comfort of having those same people (Tom and Doctor Brad) be there when you are in need

I have been a patient here for over 20 years until recently. My insurance was billed incorrectly for cleaning services that were not performed. They are quick to bill you if you if you don’t cancel your appointment with their required notice period. However they are erroneously billing for services that are not rendered. The office manager refuses to call me back to explain how this could have occured. At one time this was a premier dental office in the university city area.

Great first experience! My hygienist was such a gentleman and the doctor was so cool 😎 they were not afraid to tell me some things that they saw that requires attention . I will definitely be back
