Penncare Internal Medicine Associates

I just moved to CC and I was looking for PCP. I called the phone number I found on line for UPenn, trying to schedule an appointment and I spoke to one of the rudest customer service person I met in my whole life. She just kept on saying that 'I do not have any appointments available'. She had no empathy, no patience. I told her that I do not need to schedule an appointment right now, and I can wait for 6-8 weeks. Again, 'I do not have anything available'. She asked me to call back Friday. I guess this is city life, fast paced and rude. You would expect to receive better customer service from a world leading organization, but you did not. Should I be surprised, maybe I should not be.

3rb floor ob department. Doctors can't keep appointments. Made and appointment for 245. Then at 310 come in and say the doctor is running 30 minutes late. Have been sitting in their waiting room for over an hour waiting to be seen. This is not the first time this has happened. All the Penn medicine places act like this. Patients are not important. These so called professionals do not act professional. No communication. A complete waste of time this entire medical center needs to be shut down. These doctors get paid way to much to be late to an appointment that was scheduled a month in advance. There is no excuse. And there is literally no one in this waiting room literally 3 people all couples. Waiting for the same doctor.

The doctors are absolutely amazing but the lobby staff and security are extremely rude,nasty and disrespectful.

Very nice offices. Parking right next door!
