If I was able to, I would leave no stars at all. My experience with this office has been horrible. When I went for an appointment, the office staff was friendly and helpful; however, the provider ordered a new dose medication for me which turned into a large issue. He placed the order on a Friday for medication that is non-formulary with my insurance, which I was not aware of at the time. I was not able to cover the cost so my pharmacy attempted to reach out to the office twice that day. I waited until Tuesday, trying to be understanding that they are busy and have many patients, and I sent a message on the portal. That message was never answered. I attempted to call on Wednesday, and I got no response. When I got ahold of nurse on Thursday, she ended up getting smart with me, calling me n

Been coming here for years to see Dr. Edward Brennan Cardiologist, The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable, always on time for appointments.

Had not one but two bad experiences at this place. First, on a Tuesday, my doc asked them to contact me for an appt. When I didn't hear from them by Friday, I called and was told that they did call me and left a message. There were no recorded calls or messages from them on either of my phones. So someone either lied or called the wrong number. Then, when I kept the appt and registered at the front desk, I was kept waiting for about 70 minutes while others who came after me were called. I complained and was told someone would see me very soon. I waited another 15 minutes. And worst of all, when they apologized and I asked what happened, no one would take the blame or would tell me what exactly went wrong. Avoid this place and try another Cardiology Center. Don't bother trying to call this olace to speak to anyone, you constantly get a voicemail and it never gets returned. Thats a problem when you have scripts that need filled. They finally called me due to pharmacy, and still did not send it over. Dr. Brennan seemed great. Everyone else, not so much.

Check in was pleasant and the PA that helped me (Julie McCauley) was very helpful and caring. Highly recommend her to patients!
