Our experience at PSHL was overall very good. From the moment we arrived, the check-in staff made a great impression. They were warm, polite, and genuinely helpful, taking their time to make sure everything went smoothly for us. The nurses were just as attentive, checking in often and making sure our needs were met with care. The overall atmosphere of the hospital felt calm and welcoming, which helped ease any nerves we had. One pleasant surprise was the café—it was actually quite nice. It offered a good selection of food and drinks, and some items were freshly made right in front of you, like omelets, breakfast burritos, and eggs. The food tasted fresh and well-prepared, which made for a better experience than I expected in a hospital setting. Overall, we left feeling that PSHL provides q

Good drs who know how to care for patients. Kind and courteous nurses assistants. But HORRIBLE wait time. They take you back to triage for vitals almost asap but waiting for a bed and to be seen sometimes is devastingly painstakingly long and if in REAL Dire emergency, don't go there. Especially if it's packed. Came in with my son and even though they knew the urgency of the matter of my child, we waited 2 1/2 hours to get an ultrasound and a total 4 1/2 before he was taken to Hershey Medical for a situation that every minute was crucial to saving him. For me, I Waited 5 1/2 hours just to be seen when I came in with complaints of internal bleeding, had high blood pressure reading, negative results in bloodwork and urine sample, etc. Others who came After me, were taken Before me. The nurse

I am writing this review, for the professional of the staff. First and foremost, I would love to give a HUGE hug and shout out to the husband and wife team, the Kaplans! Marny, you really made my sister Tami feel at ease! You have no idea, how you and your husband not only made my sister feel, but how you made her sisters feel, during this very scary time. We absolutely, appreciate you, and your husband!! I would also like to mention FIFI! What a very kind human being! She was with us, every step of the way! FIFI, was very compassionate, and warm! We still talk about her and how kind, and loving she was, as if she was a member of our family! The nurses who took care of our sister, were also very nice, and put our minds at ease. The staff here, were unlike any hospital staff I have ever e

My husband recently had ankle surgery in the outpatient surgical unit on the 3rd floor. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent, probably the best hospital experience we've ever had. They are very organized in this unit, the staff, from front desk to the post op recovery know their jobs and treated him extremely well. They work like a well oiled machine. The hospital is beautiful, very clean and we saw constant upkeep taking place around us the entire day from housekeeping and janitorial staff. I was very impressed with everything involving our experience.

Had to visit the ER in December, and of course nobody wants to make a trip to the hospital in really bad circumstances, but the visit was as good and efficient as we could have asked for. We were lucky to visit at a time when the waiting room was near empty and we were taken for vitals, information and even an xray within the first 15-20 minutes of arrival. We then were brought to the ER and tests were done, the xray was viewed, diagnosis made, prescriptions given and even first dose delivered in room, and we were out the door and on our way home in about 2 hours, with a plan of action for the next 7 days. Dr. Siegel in the ER and RN Sharon and the tech were all extremely professional, efficient and provided a top notch level of care that we couldn't have asked for anything more. They made
