Penn Princeton Primary Care Witherspoon Street

I was a patient there before my provider left. I called to make an appointment with a new provider at this location. The person doing the schedule just started yelling at me that my old provider wasnt there anymore. Literally yelling. I tried to explain I was aware of this hence I was asking about a new provider but she kept yelling. I eventually gave up when she just kept being rude. Too bad, the staff was nice when I visited in April. I'm unsure who hired one of the rudest, most obnoxious people on earth to do scheduling. However, congrats, you found her.

I just tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sean Naini as a new patient. Turns out he’s not accepting new patients which is fine, but the receptionist had an awful attitude. I’m not sure how good the care is here, but I won’t consider using this practice if that’s how I’m going to be spoken to.
