Penn Primary Care West Chester Pike

I've been a patient at this practice since 2010 and really have not had any problems. Yes, they are busy, and it is sometimes a challenge to get a convenient appointment. However, I found the staff and providers to be responsive and caring. Dr. Fleischer and NP Kazanjian deserve special praise for being caring and responsive.

Although front desk associate Carla was not very helpful and was basically trying to dismiss me out of the office every time I asked for assistance with something .. the doctors and nursing staff were super helpful, very caring and welcoming! I would definitely recommend and this will be my forever primary care! I would still give this office a 5 star rating.

STAY AWAY from this Office, you could DIE or your Condition will get Much worse that it will require you go to the ER. The CRNP Meg / Megan Hall is Condescending, Rude, Belittles you & Criticizes what you are wearing, Treats & Talks to you like a Child. They / her asked if I needed a Ambulance, I told her / them REPEATEDLY that I did NOT need a Ambulance. They sent the Police & Ambulance to where I was staying, which caused problems with my landlord. Maybe She does not understand or can not comprehend English language ?? MA & Nurses Do Not Listen to your concerns. They also do not read the detailed Notes that I wrote of my Health concerns, List of Medications that I need refills. They DO NOT RETURN MESSAGES or Phone calls. Wait time on hold are very long Impossible to see a Dr Park

I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is great & welcoming. You are greeted with smiles. I wish that is was closer to my home. My doctor is very good with meeting the patient needs. She answered all of my questions. I am pleased with service that was provided for me. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Transferred to this practice effective 8/1/23. Can't be seen until October. Having a very bad rash now. They have NO sick visits and won't see me until October. And they won't give me a referral to a dermatologist who can see me TODAY until they see me in October. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE IF YOU WANT QUALITY AND TIMELY CARE!!!
