Penn Primary Care Havertown

Maria is an amazing healthcare professional. Unfortunately, I'm no longer a direct patient; however, she and her staff helped me get to healthier place and I'm extremely grateful for that. I highly recommend Maria's services to anyone in the Havertown area!

can’t get through to talk to someone at all have been waiting over an hour… There is no option to leave a voicemail or I would just leave a voicemail. I randomly got a weird email stating that I have new LabCorp blood work results but I did my bloodwork in September and already got the results so I haven’t been there since and I’m not sure what new results there could be beans that I’ve already gotten them and I haven’t been there in months if somebody could please reach out and contact me that would be great because I need to go over this with someone and see what this is all about. Thank you.

I have called twice to make a phone visit and have been put on hold by a computer prompt for at least a half hour. Both times they hung up on me! My insurance company tried as well and cannot reach them either. I'm sure others are experiencing the same problem. I rarely need medical visits but when I do, I expect to be able to make an appointment. Soo frustrating when your sick!

I’ve always been well cared for at this office, especially by Dr. Humbert. I usually ask questions in the patient portal or the Penn Medicine app and the staff at this office are always super fast to respond, even to follow-up questions.

I tried to call my provider with two quick questions, one of which dealt with a potentially harmful side effect of a medication. That was about a month ago and they never called me back.
