I have been going to Dr. Keah for years and have always had a good experience. Dr. Keah and I hit it off immediately. She’s thorough and kind. I am 77, so I have been to enough Drs by now to judge. Plus I have a chronic disease. Her office staff also has responded quickly answering my needs and questions. Very glad I chose her for my primary.

Terrible experience. Do not recommend. Staff were careless and dismissive. I reported multiple symptoms and was told to “go to a store and take a flu test.” No medical advice, no concern, no effort to help, and no alternative options offered. I was completely brushed off and treated like I didn’t matter.

In person, Dr. Keah is decent. She was not as thorough as my previous doctor, but she did listen and answer all my questions. Unfortunately, interactions through the portal are non-existent. I get regular blood work done. I'll have the results directly from the lab weeks before I get a standard template response from her. I am overdue for my bloodwork now and I have been trying for over 2 months to get her office to write a script. As it happens, I have since moved to a new state so need a new doctor. But had I remained in the area, I would have switched doctors.

I have been with the practice since it was Brandywine Family Medical. When it was just one Dr. and his tiny staff. When he was transitioning away from private practice and Dr. Keah was taking over I was very standoffish because I had such a good relationship with Dr. R. However she made me feel so comfortable and heard that it was impossible not to adore her. I was so pleasantly surprised how quickly I felt comfortable with Dr. Keah. Still today, even though the practice has grown, she treats each of her patients with genuine vested interest. From the moment, Dr. Keah enters the room and closes the door you are her first and only priority. Don’t be fooled by the computer in front of her, that is part of her being thorough. She is not quick to throw medication at a problem and rush you out

Melissa a Phycian Asst is really terrific. Very knoweldgable and professional. She knows exactly how to handle a patient with white coat symdrome so they are more relaxed.
