If I could give them negative stars I would. Copay/deductible and billing nightmare. Apparently if you answer questions about your medical history you get coded differently and billed higher. Unprofessional and rude office manager even after multiple times of me asking why she is being so defensive and argumentative. A 4th calm and patient call from me to them (since they don't follow up proactively) about a rx refill turned into an interrogation from the office manager. I told her she was being rude and I was done with the conversation since it was upsetting her and she turned it around on me and would not end so I hung up. I tried to get a contact for a higher up to file a complaint with but that was met with no luck as well so I hope this review helps others in the future as I should ha

Unsupportive practice. You can not get anyone from the practice on the phone, always through answering service. You will not get a response for 24+ hours, if any response. Issues with copays being incorrect, you need to inform them of your proper copay to ensure they bill you properly. Administrative staff was rude once I did finally receive a phone call.

I will be switching to another location. I’ve contacted Leanne Knapp for a health related matters and her nurse Michelle called me back and told me to cope with them. I was in shock to have been told this I wouldn’t give the 1 star but I have to.

The wait on the phone is absolutely unacceptable. I called in for a referral a week prior to my appointment, and had to wait on the phone for 20 mins before someone picked up. After verifying all of the information (DOB, name, etc.), they put the referral in under my brother’s name. I had to called back twice and they couldn’t even get it right. I was an hour late to my specialist appointment. Absolutely horrible service and outrageous.

I love this place!! I always receive great care and sometimes I have to bring my children with me. They welcomed my children, talked to them and play with them. My children age ranges from now 1-13 years of age. I received great communication via phone as well as being in person. The ladies at the front desk are awesome they always help me with everything I need! The practice manager is awesome and very caring and helpful! Lastly, I see a NP Knapp, she really take the time to listen, and provides me with the right care. She also comforts me on my bad days, which is different from previous experiences at other offices. I can contact Knapp via MyPenn app and she responds every time. Any forms I need she completes them swiftly. Any specialist I need to see or she feels that is best for me she
