Front desk staff and doctors are super friendly. Shannon Del Grande is fabulous!! She makes you feel comfortable and at ease during the routine yearly skin check. Checking in and out is quick and easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dermatologist!

I appreciate the fact that you want your patience to check themselves in, but it seems it would make the process a lot faster if you would just do it. Other than that, the office is wonderful. The people are so friendly and I really enjoy seeing Katey.

Everyone was very nice, especially Janet at the front desk. Rae took a lot of time with me and listened to my concerns. I took a star off only because they are a good 20-30% more than other places.

The staff was kind and welcoming. Dr. Del Grande was her usual friendly self. She always clarifies my questions,and makes sure I have the right information. She is encouraging and follows up on her recommendations.

I recently went in for my yearly dermatology check-up and left incredibly disappointed. I went in prepared with concerns about dark spots on my face, very dry skin, and noticeable hair loss. I mentioned all of this to the assistant beforehand, but when the doctor came in, she did a quick full-body scan and moved on as if my concerns weren’t important. When I brought up my hair loss, she briefly suggested increasing my minoxidil 5mg, then backtracked and told me I should just continue with my current 2.5mg dose. She also claimed they don’t make 5mg minoxidil (which I’m almost certain exists) and then told me I would need a separate appointment if I wanted to actually discuss my hair loss further — even though I already brought it up during my yearly exam. On top of that, my dry skin and d
