Hopefully you won't need to go here! Odds are you will, at some point, if you're pregnant and apart of this network. Trying to pay a $5 bill has been the most difficult experience I've had in the past 4 months and I had a baby during that time. There is no online pay, paying by phone is a joke (i.e. their auto method is broken), and it will take weeks to get a response back by email. Currently on hold (12th in line) to speak to someone who can hopefully help. It shouldn't be this hard to pay a bill. Please take my money!! Update: The person on the phone can't help either! They gave me a different number to call. Fingers crossed. Update 2: Left a voicemail. Fingers still crossed. Update 3: PAID. 🎉🎉🎉
