They rescheduled my mother 3 times because of their problems, then when my mother is only 10 minutes late they refuse to see her. She has given them 8 months as her illness continues to degrade her health, they won't even give her 10 minutes. Health care isn't only for financial profit. Sometimes you can prioritize people too.
I needed a letter for a family member and Michelle was absolutely the best. She was very supportive, helpful and professional. She was so thoughtful and followed up to make sure I received the letter. 5 starts isn’t enough for Michelle! Thank you for all your help!
