Customer Reviews
Terrible neurology department. They will NOT respond to patients when you call the office regarding your prescription or if you are having any issues as an established patient. It takes days, if at all that someone will respond to you. Absolutely awful and the call center is extremely RUDE! There are so many other options in the city and right outside of Philadelphia for neurology experts. Mainline health has great people, Jefferson has wonderful people. The University of Pennsylvania's neurology department is a place to stay away from, their PATIENTS ARE NOT THEIR PRIORITY. If you want to be cared for, find yourself a different practice and healthcare organization.
I have a tbi, had repeat concussions and blows to the head, have tumor growth on pituitary gland. Meet with Enam for 10 minutes and told I don't need to come back and nothing was done. I guess that's why doctors get into the field and take an oath?
they tell their patients that are having seizures that they do not need their medication and they refuse to fill it even though the patients clearly needs it and is suffering from seizures and unable to work. Dr. Raghupathi is actively with holding seizures medication even after the hospital and doctors said the patient needs this. but i’m sure she will be the first to take a drivers licenses away. this is absolutely ridiculous that penn medicine is supposed to be the best hospital in pa and it is the absolute worst. these doctors are unprofessional-ably terrible with unprofessional nurse practitioners. and good luck trying to get in touch with them. they think they’re so much better than the world it takes 2-5 business days for a message back and they will never call you.
They tell patients having migraines to go to the ER because they don't have appointments available for 10 months.
In person the doctors are excellent.
