Penn Home Infusion Therapy

Customer service is always professional and knowledgeable. The couriers that deliver my medicine monthly are all so pleasant. I have a regular nurse. Gregg is amazing. He is pleasant, professional and works with me to time out the infusion at a time of day that works for me. My only complaint is the billing department. They don't resolve any billing issues. I've had many. Still do.

Horrendous customer service. They're computer system apparently has item volumes listed incorrectly. When I tried to correct them, they condescendingly told me I was wrong. When I called back because the incorrect volume was, in fact, delivered, they again extremely condescendingly told me I should have alerted them to their mistake sooner. After updating my address with them twice, they continued to send monthly deliveries to the wrong address. When I tried to request more supplies, they condescendingly told me it was too challenging for them to do while I was on the phone and that they'd do it later. They never did. If you don't like helping people solve problems, perhaps customer service is not the job for you.

Horizon Home Infusion that merged with Penn Home Infusion 1070 New Holland Ave, Lancaster, PA 17601. I've been dealing with billing issue since May for my Mother. She finished with her infusion needs in March. They billed regular Anthem instead of Medicare Anthem. Now I just got a summary notice that they billed original Medicare instead of Medicare Anthem through her Medicare Advantage plan for more then what we were ever told. You call & some reps claim they can't find her info, though I specified she was through Horizon Healthcare & they claimed they could help me. Been dealing with a supervisor, but that really doesn't seem to have helped. Often times you call & don't get anyone & have to leave messages & don't get calls back. Seems since the merger things have gone downhill.

After four days in the hospital I came from the hospital disgusted with the abilities of the Physicians involved in my surgery and care. One good thing they did was refer me to Horizon Healthcare Services. I was originally supposed to be home at 1:00 PM then the hospital said I have to spend an extra night so they cancelled Horizon's appointment, I did get home at 3 that same day and Horizon was there shortly after I got home. This gave me a great impression of how accommodating Horizon is. Every nurse that came to my home was very professional reliable knowledgeable and respectful. I had one minor issue with the count of my medication -one phone call it was resolved promptly and they were delivered the very next day. Have tried for six months to have a problem with payment of a bill solved. You call and get a recording they will call you back. They never do!!! Send the bill back every month with the billing information and ever month it comes back unknowledged with me owing money. Stay away from this company. Uncaring, unorganized, terrible customer service. People at the desk tell you they can't help you, billing is being outsourced.
