We’ve been patients at this office for 15 years. The staff are always helpful and genuinely care about your wellbeing as a whole - not just treating your symptoms or shooing you out the door as quickly as possible.

I’ve been a patient here for five years and my experience has gotten worse and worse. I’m leaving for a concierge doctor now because of the appalling treatment I have received here. I was initially a patient of Dr Melanie Ice who was wonderful, and upon her retirement I was transferred to Dr Jessica Snyder. Dr Snyder is a competent doctor but even as an established patient of hers for years, I cannot get in to see her for acute issues. I have been wasting time and money relying on urgent care and the emergency room, as well as asking other specialist providers to order tests and treat conditions Dr Snyder should manage, just to fill the gap. I don't usually write a review on here, but I'd like to give one today for Amber D. I've been trying to call and schedule an appointment for my pain/follow up with the GYN but I got no help from anyone...until I called my family pratice and talked to Amber. She could have just told me there's no current open spot when I wanted a follow up apt and moved on to the next call. Instead, she went the extra miles to understand the reason I called, the pain I'm having and find the help I needed. She really saved my day and showed me that she cared. I'm thankful for her help today. She deserves a 5 stars for being kind, thoughtful and so professional!!

The office experience was fine, and the doctor and medical assistant were great, however I had to give a urine sample, and I have to say the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in a year, as well as the floors are filthy in the bathroom and the tile floors in general. I really think for a doctors office, the bathroom and toilet should be spotless. I could not wait to leave the bathroom. I think these should be cleaned prior to a patient using them.
