I came in today to have lab work done. I had called to make sure that they had walk-ins for the lab. I was assured by someone at the call center that my location indeed had walk-in. I was given the wrong info and did not find out until I arrived. The receptionists there were very helpful and gave me a list for alternative labs that had what I needed. I told them I had traveled from the Northeast part of the city. How about they checked with Kyra who was happy to do my bloodwork. I will forever be grateful to them. They all were kind and most helpful. Made my day. Thank you all from Paulette Haskins.

This the worst doctors office .. they don’t never have any appts ..you could be dying and they going to tell you we will give you a call in 72hrs and never call .. I’m so sick of this place.. and I was With this office for yearsssss these last 2-3 has been horrible

Dr. Gibson is completely unprofessional and continually reschedules or cancels appointments with no accommodations. Don’t waste your time scheduling for after 2, Fridays or holidays. Whenever I’m seen she isn’t thorough and never seems like she wants to be there. I’m looking for a new pcp as I type.

I've been a patient for 30 years, my nurse practitioner recently retired, I've had her from the age of 23 to my present age of 53, to my surprise to transition was smooth going with another practitioner, she's caring and takes her job seriously. I don't feel rushed when it's crowded every place have its pros and cons no place is perfect but this is close to perfection I always recommend people here.

I receive good attentive care there. My PCP relocated and now have a new one Dr. Denise Hooks-Anderson and she is through, patient and informative. All portal questions are answered quickly too. The front desk & medical assistants are helpful and professional. The facility and patient waiting area are always bright & clean. Could use some clean up & curb appeal though. Other than, than that I have been satisfied.
