Bad experience. Have been trying to get a form filled out for over a week. I called as the form got faxed. Then called again to check. Then called again to tell them it got faxed again in case they misplaced it. I still don't have this form filled out. I need it to start my medication. They lost the first form apparently and have dropped the ball multiple times this week in trying to resolve the issue. I even called and asked for the office manager to call me back 3 different times. Couldn't even get a call back. This causes delays in patient care and is ultimately just very unprofessional. The doctor was amazing but what good is a physician visit if the staff can't follow up with required forms so that the doctor's care plan can be enacted?

I have been waiting for pathology report for weeks. I was told to check my portal for results. The portal didn't acknowledge my information and wouldn't allow me to register. I tried contacting the office was left waiting for answer to the call for 15 mins. The next day the recording said try again later. There is no voicemail available to request a call back. They want you to use the portal, but the portal can't answer questions nor address concerns.

I called to schedule an appt. and was informed that there are no appts. to even offer. The receptionist stated that they are booked until June and she was going to check cancellations. Only to come back and state that there were none. This is an outrage that there are not enough doctors to treat the amount of patients that come in or try to schedule. It doesn't matter if your an existing or new patient the wait is the same. This received one star in order for me to post a review but in all actuality it deserve zero

I am beside myself. This practice can not even schedule an appointment properly, how am I supposed to entrust them with my care? I waited 6 months for my appointment tomorrow, I called to confirm today and I was told that no appointment is scheduled, I had called last October to “discuss” an appointment. Are you kidding me? Waiting 45 minutes already for a manager to call back.

Dr. Zhou was amazing! She listened to my fears and took an older lady seriously. She was very informative, kind, and caring!
