From the moment I arrived, it was clear that patient experience mattered here. Communication was respectful, consistent, and easy to follow throughout the visit. Front desk staffs are friendly and efficient. Nurses are nice and helpful (my dad needs interpreter services and our nurse already has one on the line ready before we even enter the room). We saw Dr. Zhang, she was knowledgeable, quick but very thorough with diagnosis as well as treatment.

Current staff is exceptional. Almost no wait when I went in for my appt. Dr Zhang and the nurses are clearly very well-trained, had excellent bedside manners, and very good communication.

My preferred dermatologist is Dr. Leo Wang. I've been his patient since his internship at Penn. I like how there's no longer wait time to see him. He listens to you. I feel my issues and concerns are addressed with him. He is a great doctor with a fantastic bedside manner. Since seeing him, he's very familiar with my recurring allergic dermatology issues. This is a nice location with a wonderful medical team that assists. The registering staff is one of the best, as well. Unfortunately for me, there is never a listing of ingredients with my allergy in it. It's a trial & error situation because there are so many items that fall under it, and some I have no negative reaction to. But, as long as Dr. Leo Wang stays in this field he'll be my preferred personal dermatologist for life! You can n
