Penn Colon and Rectal Surgery Washington Square

I went here in February referred by my GI doctor. The doctor I saw did not listen well or take accurate notes. Because I know how some appointments can get confusing I took the time to type out notes of the progression of my issue which I gave to this doctor. What this doctor put in her notes was totally a work of fiction. She stated my problem was found on a colonoscopy and then added a copy of a report from a colonoscopy I had over 20 years ago. That colonoscopy did not address my current problem since I didn’t have it 20 years ago. The later colonoscopy in my file showed absolutely no issues. I was seeing her to resolve an issue so I could do the prep for my overdue colonoscopy without having so much pain. We discussed doing a EUA and biopsy. However, she puts in her notes I ag
