Peninsula Pharmacy Plus

I’ve had repeated issues with prescription refills at Peninsula Plus. Even when I call 3–5 days ahead, my prescriptions are often not ready when I arrive. This has happened multiple times and is frustrating, especially when planning ahead. Hoping to see improvement

Notified by my Dr. that my prescription order had been sent to Peninsula Plus at @12:45 pm. (early afternoon) I am in pain and desperately need this med. It is now 7:00 pm. Peninsula Plus is closing. No contact from them. I did call an hour ago to ask about the status of my meds. Yes, they received the order…but …nothing. I will now suffer throughout the night without relief! I’m done dealing with this sorry excuse for a pharmacy. Hoping they find time to fill my much needed meds by tomorrow, but after this debacle, I will be switching pharmacies! .

I have never found anyone has met the bar you have set for a hometown family pharmacy. Thanks for always being great to us!! The staff is exceptional!!! Especially Mariah, Nicole, Bowden, to name a few! Thank you for making my health your priority!!

This used to be the best pharmacy in existence. I,ve been having issues over the last year from them. Between long wait times and the absolutely horrible communication, I’ll be switching pharmacy’s after over 5 years. Ever since their “system upgrade” customer service has fallen off a cliff. I used to get a txt as soon as they received a prescription from my doctor. Now I have to call them and tell them exactly what the prescription is or they don’t even know it exists! I had a very time sensitive prescription sent in by my dr 2 hours ago. I called them just to make sure it would be ready for my wife to pick up for me. They said it would be another hour and a half! Edit: After clearing up some communication kinks with the staff, service has been great. At times they exceed their cut off times, are happy to answer questions about supplements and the drivers are always friendly.
