Bad experience. When there was an issue Dr Dale was brusque and seem to have an attitude. Front office staff could have been more helpful. Another optometrist is now working to resolve the issue.

Dr. Dale is the best. He takes a serious interest in his patients' (eye) wellness. He knows his stuff. His office staff is so friendly and helpful. I actually look forward to my visits at the Peninsula Eye Clinic, and it is all because of Dr. Dale!

Tried to be a new patient here and had some trouble confirming my insurance. Long story short, I called and left messages and never heard back, and they never answered the phone. Will be going somewhere else. If you are looking for good customer service, this is not it!

I thought it would be good to support a local business, however my experience at this place was terrible. They are too expensive and it took too long to get my glasses. The doctor is a cranky old man and the woman at the front desk is rude.

This is one of the first clinics I have been to in a LONG time that is straight forward, honest, and doesn’t try to upsell or put you in contacts that you don’t need. The doctor explained everything he was doing with my eye exam and my daughters as he was doing it and was extremely friendly! The front office person was friendly and helpful with my questions. They take great COVID precautions there too. The wait to get an appt was about a week too compared to 1-2+ months at other places.
