Peniel Pharmacy

One time they gave me a attitude, since there isn't that many pharmacies it's like they do whatever even if they don't want to do they job. I called Friday for my refill and they were supposed to delivery today, guess they forgot, I know they don't get that many clients but now I have to wait all the way until Monday to see if there coming by 6pm which they may claim to forget again, and that's if I don't land up in the hospital first due to the neglect of it not being brought to me. Mind you I'd have to walk close to two miles just to pick up the prescription like they wanted me to. Which is a total of four miles.

I'm This pharmacy is A1. I would recommend all my friend's for fast, convenient delivery.

Best pharmacy I have ever been to! Great staff, very friendly, amazing service!! I would suggest this pharmacy to anyone looking for a place that will make you comfortable! I tried to refill my routine prescription at three different pharmacies and all were out of stock. Referred by a friend to Peniel Pharmacy; they were able to order it in advance of my arrival so that it could be ready quickly. I am so impressed with the service I will definitely be back.

Follow up on my earlier review: I just received a voicemail from the pharmacist because they obviously saw this post and were very upset. But instead of trying to rectify the situation by apologizing for hanging up on me, they instead kept insisting that I didn’t make any point because “if they don’t have it, they don’t have it” and “why would I ask you if I don’t have it.” They clearly did not learn anything from this because they insisted that I’m just “trying to frustrate somebody” and “whatever I do, they’re already established.” All they needed to say was “Sorry, I don’t carry that here” and not hang up on somebody when they’re in the middle of a sentence. And then leave a rude voicemail on top of it! They obviously need some customer service training. I’m not someone who normally pos
