After avoiding the dentist for years due to anxiety from earlier experiences, I decided to try out PenBay Dental and couldn’t be more grateful that I did. From day one, the entire team—including Dr. Sarah Bouchard—has been incredibly kind, compassionate, and completely judgment-free. They take the time to keep you informed and engaged throughout every appointment, genuinely get to know you as a person, and do everything possible to make you comfortable, even when dental work is stressful. The office is welcoming, clean, and calming, and for the first time in my life I actually look forward to cleanings and catching up with the team. I highly recommend the team at Pen Bay Dental. My son and I just had our first appointments and the whole team was so friendly and welcoming. They were thorough with their exams, gave recommendations as needed and explanations of what they were seeing through the appointment. They have newer high tech equipment for imaging, cleaning and assessing. The space was clean and modern as well. Everyone had a smile on their face, and we are looking forward to going back in 6 months!
