We love Dr. Santiago and his crew. He's thorough and compassionate and we value his guidance tremendously. We also really appreciate the responsiveness of the office. We always get a call or message back extremely promptly and the after hours nurse is helpful, as well. Finally on the few occasions we've seen other providers at the office prior to our first regular visit they've also been wonderful to work with. Very happy to bring our kiddo to such a great place!

I really enjoy this office. My kids see Rachel Wilcox and Scott McPherson. They're kind, compassionate, and care deeply about doing a good job. The secretaries are very friendly and they answer the phone in a timely manner. When I've needed to talk to the nurse they are always helpful when available. The other staff we have seen when Rachel is unavailable have been great. The office is clean and child friendly. Penbay Peds has been a great help and asset to our family. They offer many resources if you are in need. I also feel comfortable being open and honest about PPD and family struggles, which has not been the case at other pediatricians offices. We will forever be dealing with the consequences of Rachel Wilcox’s frequent negligence demonstrated during our time with this group. Utterly heartbroken and extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism displayed by this NP. She was always distracted during our appointments and would frequently do a google search for any concerns we would have. It’s quite amazing how little is required by the medical “experts” in this region. It’s a shame that our lives are forever altered while Rachel continues to practice medicine freely. Trust your intuition and stand up for your children if you let PenBay treat them.

I am not satisfied with Dr. Winkes. At the last appointment for my granddaughter Dr. Winkes kept trying to walk out the door while I still had questions to ask. The last 2 days I have called the office 3 times to get a simple answer or an appointment. I even called the hospital and spoke to a quality and safety person who assured me she would get in touch with the Office Manager. Still waiting on a call back.

My son has Dr. Vickerman but every appointment he has he never ends up having him. The on call nurse never answers calls back in time always hours or a day later. Maybe they have too many children there but they should always call back within a reasonable time frame. Looking for other doctors soon.
