I saw Elizabeth throughout my pregnancy and can't recommend her highly enough. She is warm, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable with great hands-on skills. It's easy to feel broken, self-conscious, and vulnerable when seeking pelvic floor care, but Elizabeth has totally transformed my relationship with this area of my body, helping me to feel much more normal, capable, and empowered than before. Elizabeth came to my Poppin Pussy party to educate me and my friends on proper pelvic floor health. She was very funny, entertaining and informative. You can tell she's very passionate about her career !

I am SO glad I attended Elizabeth’s Pelvic Health Workshop. Whether you are experiencing an active Pelvic issue or not, or think you might be but are not quite sure; go!!! I gained so many valuable nuggets of knowledge that I was able to immediately begin implementing in my life, ones I didn’t even know I needed and that have already made a difference for me!
