Colysa Therapies Post-Op Lymphatic, Myofascial Wellness + TMJ Massage

I had an incredible experience at Colysa Therapies with Cortney. I suffer from painful periods and sciatica and the service I chose was the Fascia & Fluid massage. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her office space is beautiful, full of plants, and very inviting. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped me feel confident about the process. Before the massage began, she asked detailed questions about my symptoms and listened intently as I described them. She provided detailed aftercare and maintenance instructions, which have been so helpful. Excellent practice! I went in for emergency lymphatic drainage therapy before, and Cortney was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything she would be doing before she began. Then she sent me on my way with information on exercises I could do on my own. I would highly recommend!

I went and saw Cortney at Colysa Therapy and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in to her treatment room I immediately felt relaxed. Some places feel like your in a doctors office, but not here. It’s clean and inviting, but professional which I appreciated. But what really stands out is her treatments! I got a massage that was incredibly relaxing I just wanted a nap after. My neck and shoulders are my problem areas, but after she worked on them, (she just knows where to go) I had better mobility and felt so much better! For a little extra self care I also tried her new “Glow” service which highlights buccal massage for a natural facelift. I was really impressed with the results, especially my fine lines and forehead wrinkles! I will definitely go back for both services again.

As someone who has suffered from TMJ and neck issues since my 20's. After experiencing 2 Glow with Buccal massages, my jaw and neck haven't felt this good and pain free in several decades. Cortney is an extremely skilled therapist. She is warm and inviting and knowledgeable and makes you feel safe and welcomed in her beautifully crafted space. I’ve had many massages over the last thirty years and Cortney is by far the best practitioner I’ve ever been to. I had my first massage with her in 2018 and was immediately impressed. Why it took six years to come back I’ll never know, but she is still amazing, if not even better. I’ve already booked my next appointments and am thrilled to have rediscovered her!!
