Pelot's Rexall Pharmacy

I was just refused service b/c the old man (who had a real ambivalent attitude - Im truly left here feeling insulted) said they don't accept Medicaid. Are you freaking kidding me?

Robert Pelot is rude! I tried to talk to him about my medications and he didn’t want to answer none of my questions. He said “I will talk to you when you speak English”. Keep in mind I was speaking English, he just couldn’t hear me. The more polite and professional thing to say would have been “please repeat or speak louder”. How’s that for an English lesson?

Me and my fiancé went to fill her prescription because of her pregnancy..we were treated with total disrespect for no reason at all..I understand she didn’t have her insurance card with her but all you need is a SSN and you could look it up and everything will be fine. Instead I felt I was being treated in an racist manner because my wife is white and I’m black..I felt so unwanted I just left my wife inside..which made it worse because they told her she doesn’t have insurance..we are 1000% sure she has it and they didn’t even want to bother to look up her SSN. I’ve been a customer here for at least 7 months and never been treated this way ever..

An aging gem! In the era of chain pharmacies, this place is one of a kind. The staff is very attentive, and Sandy even loaned my wife a shower chair needed for a back surgery. I'd expect that the store has a strong and loyal local following. The fun Central Cafe is diagonally across the street, if you need to wait for an Rx

Being a customer of Pelot’s Pharmacy is an absolute pleasure. The service they give makes me feel that I have gone back to a much better time when customer service was a priority, I would recommend Pelot’s to anyone looking for a Pharmacy that always makes you feel like #1.
