I would give no stars if possible!!! I needed a compound medication filled and they told me it would be $50 because insurance would not cover it. Then I was unable to reach them for over a week for this medication. Finally, I was able to speak with someone being put on hold multiple times for over 20 minutes (after SEVERAL calls) who then told me they never received my prescription. My doctor had faxed it and electronically sent it over. I asked them if they needed it on a hard copy they said no. I can’t even begin to explain how many times and how many conversations I had with them after this. There were no returned phone calls back even though they say they will, they will not…nothing until they left me a voicemail to say that they couldn’t fill it (it was Friday morning at this point)

Seriously, ticked off!! First, some of your drivers are beyond rude. They constantly knock and ring your doorbell as if the house is on fire!! However, tonight is even worse...9:27 P.M. for a delivery? A delivery to anytime this late is absolutely ridiculous...I've already called and complained about not only this but a few other issues. Your store needs to pull it together or get a new management team who knows how to correctly handle business.

We have been using Apothecare for about seven or so years. It has been difficult over the past year or so. Deliveries arrive at all hours. Our latest was 12:15am. Communication is non existent. If you try to call they often push you to voice-mail. Not once has our voice-mail ever been acknowledged. I always call back day after day until I can actually get a live person. When you do get one they are rude and miserable. You rarely get your whole script at once. Many times they come back a few nights later at later hours to deliver the remainder. Refrigerated needs come hot. Like they've spent hours in a hot car. And to think they support patients on hospice. They really don't show that they care about their patience which is so disappointing. Those who are most vulnerable depend on them. I'v

Running a group home and receiving everything you need from Apothecare is like seeing a shooting star. It is very rare. The only consistency is all negative. They barely answer the phone, they say they close at 9pm well good luck getting them to answer phone calls after 4pm. They're always messing up med sheets even when there's no changes and then tell you to fix their mistakes. Then when you ask to speak to the person who does the med sheets they literally cry on the phone to you attempting to prompt you to feel sorry for them. This has been very aggravating. The company is attempting to move on from Apothecare but this couldn't happen fast enough!

I had a prescription requested at a lower dose due to the side affects profile. The phone service got back to me quickly and was very pleasant! However they stated they could not make the prescription due to the prescription being too small. I called another local pharmacy and they were able to create the requested dosage no problem.
