Pelican Urgent Care - West End

I highly recommend this urgent care!!! I brought my daughter in and they were so prompt, professional, and kind. From entering at the front desk, we were greeted by Tara who was very friendly. Monica took great care and was very patient and made a doctor's visit enjoyable! Jason, the doctor, was very thorough and pleasant. I can't say enough good things about our experience here! Thank you Pelican and team!

I visited this location today because I’m feeling terrible. Theresa immediately made me comfortable when I arrived. It was only a few minutes before Brittney came to take me to the back and get my vitals. DNP McKay was very thorough and explained my results and next steps. Everyone was so comforting! Exactly what you need when you’re not feeling well! Two thumbs up and five stars!!!

My daughter wasn’t feeling well so I called to see if there was a long wait and Ms. Theresa was so kind & helpful. I told her I was on my way and close to the clinic. She proceeded to ask for my daughter’s information and put me on the list to be seen. As we walked in there wasn’t a long wait. Mr. San, RT and the NP Mr. Stephens were very nice and helpful as well. The visit was approximately 20 minutes and all prescriptions were sent electronically. The convenience of having this location close to my home, as well as, the quality of care my daughter was provided is top tier 10/10.

The receptionist was extremely friendly, and Monica was excellent—so patient and kind with me. Dr. Steven was wonderful and fixed the cut on my finger perfectly. The facility is clean, fresh, and very welcoming. Overall, a 5-star experience!

Mrs. McKay, NP was amazing. She was very thorough with the treatment plan and making sure that I was well taken care of. The MA, Jess was quick and efficient. And as always, the front office staff was warm and welcoming.
