Rapid Urgent Care - Slidell

The building was clean and they saw me quickly. Staff was polite enough. I had to play 20 questions at least 3 times electronically, 4 if you include the nurses questions. The questions were inclusive and asked for a preferred name and pronouns, but no one used them. Dr Melara was kind and understanding as he answered my questions and went over my results.

The staff was amazing and such a great doctor. I was able to walk in not feeling well after my insurance turned down at another urgent care. Wait was quick which is a major plus when you don't feel well. Staff extremely friendly. I've been here twice once for my foot (work injury) and both times was a good experience. I will keep using them for myself and kids.

My visit was very good! I was in and out within 45 min, this was my first time here. The staff was empathetic to my pain, the Dr. Listened to my complaints and my request for low dosage meds, he examined me and was able to find the pain in my back. Bedside manner is not dead! Thank you Slidell Rapid UC, I hope I dont have to see you again! But if I need you, I will come running 😘

I have a bad caugh can not stop. Saw the doctor . My caught was really bad. Could not think straight. The sign in process was nice. I was instructed to sigh forms.. it was so fast . I did not really get to read all forms. I see that Some question was auto sign for me. I had been out the county in the past 30 days. Germany . I have not had a AID tested.

Receptionist is always so friendly! The nurse and the doctor went above and beyond to make my little girl feel better! Including the largest popsicle ever. Thank you so much!
