Thank you for seeing me on the day I called to address a sensitive tooth problem. The bite adjustment worked beautifully and not experiencing the issue anymore. As a newly relocated person from Florida, I look forward to having my 6 month cleanings and exam there.

We waited 11 months my wife and I because of the confusion with our last bill and out of pocket expense at pelican Dental. We went back 11 months later and ask the lady at the front desk Penny if there was any cost associated with today's visit , she said NO. They performed exrays that our only covered under Louisiana Blue Dental every 18 months. More money in their pocket. We left and received a bill for $174.00 . When I called to ask for a explanation they repeatedly told me to call Louisiana Blue . Which I did only to find out what I already knew they performed exrays not covered, by the way I have no cavities. No bad teeth. I asked to speak to the manager Mrs Penny told me she would only tell me the same thing? I asked if we were important as patients she would allow me to talk to her.

The office contains far too many plug-in poisons. I had to step outside while waiting just to get some fresh air. Once I was called back, I brought this to the attention of my hygienist who immediately asked that they be removed. I cannot confirm that they were. The one in the lobby was still there when I left. A dental visit is a nauseating and anxious experience for some (myself included) and add the smell of toxins to that and it just makes for a terrible experience. Everyone was kind, however. I do have a narrow mouth and they must not anticipate that being an issue ever because the xray components were large and hurt me but there were no alternate options. The staff was very informative and nice. I got right in for my appointment and they quickly took care of me. The dental hygienist explained lots of things to me and the dentist was very thorough with her explanation of what I needed done.

Another cleaning and some teeth filled for appearance and a better smile. Quick and positive results yet again. And, since I started going here a year ago, my periodontal disease has improved and my gums haven't bled nor caused any pain or discomfort while I eat or brush. I highly recommend their friendly and competent staff.
