Pelican Bay Family Dental

While I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Loftus and his hygienists, I found his front desk receptionist/office manager, Donna, to be very rude and condescending at various times. I paid a bill of several hundred dollars that she misapplied to another patient, and then I was sent a statement for payment. I called and stated that I had paid, but Donna did not believe me. I had to give a copy of my credit card statement which showed, in fact, I did pay. She offered no apologies, but I was made it feel it was somehow my fault. I also had scheduled to have a crown done in two appointments on the same day. I came back to the second afternoon appointment, but was told their machine broke down. No one from the front office called to tell me that I did not have an appointment.

Excellent care and service I went in for a filling, and the entire experience was great. Dr. Loftus explained everything clearly, had a calm and reassuring chair-side manner, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They really do their best to make a dentist visit not so bad — I appreciate the care and professionalism!

I came for 6 month cleaning and check up. Everything went very well. Thank you. I was also able to set up sharing of x-rays and results with my dentist at home up north, so they are aware of the results too. Again thank you.

Always a pleasure when I’m at PB Dental. From Donna to Dr Loftus and the staff in between, just a family atmosphere feeling and the service is A+. I’ve been to few dental offices since moving to Fl. (8years), and I’m sold. My teeth haven’t look better,also.

As a long time patient, I continue to appreciate going to this dental practice. From being greeted by Donna to the care / guidance given by hygienist Allen, which has resulted in a significant improvement in my dental health, to the overall concern & guidance of Dr. Loftus it is an excellent experience. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a professional and caring dental practice.
