I am so so glad I switched over from the larger chains. Personalized and caring. They know their people by name and take the time to get to know you, when they can. I've seen business pick up, which i live to see. I don't mind waiting on line for a small community business! But more than likely you won't have to. Great place, great people.

This pharmacy is a genuine asset to the members of this community. Friendly, efficient and dependable. They actually answer their phone, make deliveries and will even contact doctors as needed. Clean and organized shop with informative bulletin board. Now where can you do better than that ? Pelham Pharmacy even partnered with someone for some positive outreach. Very nice.
