If you're trying to choose between this place and CVS, don't even think about it - just come here. This place is much more professional and customer friendly. The staff is great, service minded, considerate and treats you like a human being. I've had tons of issues with CVS, never getting my prescriptions refilled, claiming they didn't receive it when they in fact did, having to wait forever, etc., etc. Today, after yet another negative experience at CVS I went in to ask if they have what I need in stock and the pharmacist came out to speak to me and answered all questions I had politely and professionally. I'll be moving my whole family to this pharmacy starting today.

I have never had a problem with this pharmacy. They are caring and very warm and usually know it’s me when I call. I always get my medications and with delivery. Thank you so much.

Don't like that they don't start working on your prescriptions until you get there and ask about them. How could they have been sent in by my doctor a day or 2 before and not been worked on. Didnt they think when I come in I expect them to be ready? I prefer cvs pharmacy although they have lines for the pharmacy as soon as they get the prescription order from the doctor they work on it and if you gave them your number they text you when its ready so I'm switching back. Forget this pharmacy it's too slow and the women who work here have attitudes.

Went in to pick up medications, told the woman in the front, full name and date of birth, she went to check on the shelf if the medications were ready, she then came back to the counter went into her corner did not say a word and doing whatever she was doing, she could’ve at least came back and say something about it instead of me standing there, something along the lines of “It’s not ready yet just wait and have a seat”, at least SAY SOMETHING. I’m guessing it wasn’t done so I went to take a seat. Waited almost like 10 mins or so then a pharmacist came out from the back asking me what am I waiting for, I told her what I was waiting for and she walked over to the same spot the staff went to and handed me the meds! Like ALL THIS TIME THAT EMPLOYEE COULD HAVE JUST GAVE ME THE MEDS. Who knows
