I wish I could give 0 stars. I went after I couldn't breathe and was feeling awful. I had a horrible cough and told the doctor my chest hurt from coughing. Mistake!! He went off on a tangent and said I should immediately go to the ER in Nashua. I thought something was wrong with him! I could hardly walk let alone drive to Nashua. I told him the chest pain was from coughing, but he made me sign a waiver that I refused to go to Nashua ER. If he thought I was suffering a cardiovascular event, shouldn't he have called 911??? They did a chest Xray and swabbed for flu/virus. I was sent off with a prescription for cough medicine. Two days later I landed in Exeter ER via ambulance, diagnosed with RSV and pneumonia. I really think there should be a remedy for patients against places like

The staff is very helpful. My PCP seems preoccupied when I visit. I was dumbfounded when during my annual physical many things were not done. Such as a check of my ears,eyes or throat? A check for hernias or prostate exam? All that was done was a check of my lungs and heart beat. As a senior I think it should have been a lot more involved. I am going to seek a new PCP.

Came to see Dr. Mancuso. He was nice enough but these people are all crooks. Charging me almost $500 for a simple appointment that took less than 15 minutes. This is exactly why people avoid doctors these days. If I had known at any point my bill would even be half of that I'd have never set up the appointment.

We were looking for a new PCP for our daughter after recently moving into town. We chose Pelham medical group due to it's close location. She was assigned to Jennifer DeVries, family NP. Her annual physical in March was a great first experience. The staff were timely, professional and kind. We actually went through two other doctors offices before pelham medical center whose front desk staff were unresponsive and at times rude. I have not felt this once here The office was quiet and clean. Jennifer addressed my daughter directly, listened to both of our needs/ concerns and put my daughter at ease during her first visit. I am very pleased with our first experience .

They are not very compassionate when you call to explain your spouse was up sick all night because it wasn't cancelled 24 hours ago it is considered a no show. As if we know when we are going to be sick. This is why I prefer Dartmouth atleast they are understanding and compassionate. If I could give no stars I would. I do not want an apology for my experience so please refrain from doing so and just fix the problem with those who are rude to the patients and those calling in on their behalf. Thank You.
