Everyone in the office are pleasant and knowledgeable. Easy to make appointments and not long wait to be seen.

Doctors, nurses and students are always friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to set up appointments and almost no wait time in the waiting room.

It was a great experience. Everyone was very kind and helpful and the whole process went very smooth!

Healthcare visits are already nerve-wracking. I had to make several visits, and each visit was consistently unpleasant. The reception staff are rude and make you feel like you’re a burden for even showing up.

Please note that this is strictly a review about Immigration Services, nothing else. If I could rate lower, I would. It’s been close to 2 years since my experience here, and I still get a heavy heart when I think about what they did to me. To start, the doctor at the time, (female), did not care to look at my vaccination history. She proceeded to order tests, I obliged. I got the sense she had somewhere else to be. She was responding to my question as she was stepping out of the room. When test results came, I was told I needed 3 more vaccines, and I was not allowed to get them anywhere else. One of the vaccines being MMR. Again, I obliged. On my way out, on the day I got the 3 vaccines, I was given my sealed medical evaluation, and a copy for myself. On my way home as I am going thr
