Peepers Family Eyecare

My wife broke her glass this morning. We went to Peepers and they helped us glue the frame back together and set us an appointment for later the same day. I took my wife back and she is getting a new pair of glasses. They were helpful in an emergency.

I am not one who often who writes a review however I was very impressed with the service I received at Peppers Eye center today. I love the time spent answering my questions, making sure my selection of glasses and contacts were exactly what I needed and wanted was truly appreciatied. Every detailed of my exam was explained and on what my insurance paid and didn’t. The visit was terrific and refreshing! Thank you to the staff and the Doctor!!

Peepers Eye Care in Damascus is a gem! The staff is professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They made scheduling an appointment easy, and I was seen promptly upon arrival. The doctor was thorough and took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I understood every aspect of my eye health. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. They have a fantastic selection of frames, and the team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. If you're looking for top-tier eye care with a personal touch, I highly recommend Peepers in Damascus!

Felt pressured by staff and was not informed that contacts were not covered by my insurance prior to trying on a pair which cost me $130 out of pocket. Did not keep the contacts and then they wanted me to buy a pair of frames which were way out of my budget. Would not recommend to anyone. Also would like to note: I did not request a fitting, nor was I made aware of the cost. Absolutely do not recommend!

Peepers Damascus is fantastic. They have a friendly caring staff. This is the 1st place I have gone to get prescription glasses and they made the lenses perfectly and the glasses came back fast. I highly recommend Peepers in Damascus. I will continue getting my glasses and eye check ups from them.
