Innovative Urgent Care

I had a truly positive experience at this urgent care center. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, and I was checked in quickly with minimal wait time. The medical staff were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. I especially appreciated how thorough the provider was in explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. The facility was also clean and well-organized, which made me feel safe and comfortable. I was in and out much faster than I expected, and I never felt rushed. It’s rare to find a place that combines compassion with efficiency, but this urgent care does just that. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs prompt medical attention without the stress of long wait time

Welcoming office! friendly staff. No waiting, I repeat no waiting. I was recommended to get a closer look at an injury as it could have been a life threatening issue. Luckily it wasn't. I do appreciate there professionalism and recommendation. I would highly recommend The Damascus Urgent Care location. On that priticular day the Montgomery county schools were closed due to snow the night before, there were no other local Urgent care offices open. Thank you Damascus Urgent care staff.

This was my first visit to Innovative Urgent Care, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and easy, and within less than five minutes I was taken back to see the doctor. I felt very welcome, and Dr. Koczman took her time listening to my concerns. I never felt rushed—she explained everything in a clear, detailed, and respectful manner. I highly recommend Innovative Urgent Care.

Probably one of the best urgent cares I've been to! Super friendly, fast and gets the job done. I had an ear infection last week and i went in. I was in there for less than 30 minutes already getting a prescription sent to a pharmacy. Very pleased with my service!

Innovative Urgent Care was recommended by a friend so decided to try when our daughter was ill. We were easily able to schedule an appointment even though it was a Saturday. We waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room and then were seen by the nurse and doctor very promptly. All the staff was polite and knowledgeable.
