My child has been seen quickly with and without an appointment. I always check to see if a time slot is available before going but they do take walk in patients. The office is always clean. The staff is always friendly. The front desk is welcoming and fast. The nurses always make my child laugh even when he doesn’t feel good. The doctors explain what is going on and why. I highly recommend coming here.

We have been here several times over the years for colds & things. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Every time doctor Wilson is so friendly and kind. He always listens to my concerns and makes us feel comfortable. I also feel like the wait time is never too crazy, we are usually in & out in a reasonable amount of time. This week we came in with a cold & my child had an ear infection so we were given amoxicillin- once we got home & took it I realized she was having an allergic reaction to it. I called them immediately & they sent over new meds right then. Thankfully it wasn’t too bad but still scary. As soon as I called they were fast to answer & respond. We are very thankful for peds now!

My child was seen there because she has really bad allergy flare ups. She was seen by Dr.Doug who was awesome by the way, and he sent all medications that was needed for her. I received all medications except one which was Levocetirizine oral solution. I was told per the pharmacist that she would need a prior authorization for that medication and one was sent to Pednow. I called inquiring about the prior authorization that was sent in and was told that they dont do those there. In which I dont think Ive NEVER in my life heard that before. So I requested to speak to Dr.Doug but was told he was not in the office but could speak to Dr.Wilson. I proceeded to ask when will Dr.Doug be back in the office I was told by the medical Assistant that ahe didnt know as if they dont go by a set schedu

They were very fast got us in and out within 30 minutes. The place was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Dr Wilson was very nice and explained everything thoroughly and was very nice to my daughter. I highly recommend going here if you can't get into your normal pediatrician.

The most bizarre experience I tried to contact for a formal complaint to hr. I have three kids and we have never had such unprofessional and neglectful care. We had to go to another urgent care right after. It was all traumatic for my son and I. When I feel better emotionally I will post in depth.
