Peds In A Pod Pediatrics

My children have been coming to Dr.Eadie's office for the past 4 years. At first it was great! Then covid hit and things started to take a slight turn. Dr.Eadie is a good doctor but lately has been a bit brash and borderline rude. I'm not sure what's going on but it needs to be addressed ASAP! We bring our children and concerns to you for your professional opinion not sarcasm and belittling.

I took both of my children to 🩺 Doctor Stacy Eadie & she's always been absolutely wonderful ❤️. The staff members were always awesome & made you feel welcome. My daughter is now 22 years old & I actually started taking both of my grandbabies 👶🏽 to Peds In A Pod Pediatrics. Doctor Eadie is a wonderful Doctor but recently the office 🏥 is always so busy, it's almost impossible to get an appointment. She definitely needs a little help these days but still excellent 👌

Trying to get my granddaughters medical records transfered is like pulling teeth. This is the worse pediatrician office I've ever dealt with. Please, find some where else to take your child. I do not recommend.

If I could give this place a ZERO star I would. Horrible atmosphere and customer service. Not inviting at all to a child, bare walls nothing but a table and chairs and the tv wasn't even on. Front desk individual had me sit out front for 45 min before telling me that I wasn't able to bring my grandson in if I wasn't on the list. Asked if the mom or dad could "swing by right now" to sing a paper. Obviously if they could just swing by they would have been there for the appointment. I asked why it took 45 min of us sitting there for her to ask about the list. She said she was extremely busy, mind you she had 2 patients to check in and put back in their rooms 10 min after I got there. I do not recommend anyone taking their child to this doctors office. If I could I’d give this place ZERO stars. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! Dr.Stacey Edie is the most rude, unprofessional doctor I’ve ever come in contact with. Not to mention she’s violated HIPPA numerous times when it’s come to me or other children under her care. She never listens, talks down to you and completely dismisses any concerns you have for your child. I’ve had to have special tests done for my son, she completely dismissed my concerns and refused to even speak to me or have her office contact me once said test results came back. I called at least 3 times never got an answer or my results. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE.
