Pediatrics: Sunnyvale Center | PAMF

I made an online appointment with a pediatrician, but I never received the appointment confirmation details like any other medical service sends (doctor's name, address, floor, office, etc.). I received a message with the time and day " that's it", so I had to guess in what building was my doctor, wooow nobody was at the front desk, I asked to one health person walking there where is the pediatric area. I arrived 30 minutes before, they gave us a tons of questionnaires to answer to me and for the minor, the medical assistant called us 15 minutes after my appointment time started and the Dr. Was disrespectful when she told me I don't want to rush you but my time ends now! (We had less than 10 minutes inside and she arrived late!!!). I never had this in Kaiser, SCVM, One medical or any other

I hate to leave a 1-star review but this is so someone in charge reads this. This concerns the phone menu - it's horrible! Please make the phone experience easier and connect an operator with a caller ASAP. Dealing with the myriad of questions and things to say yes and no to was a real headache. Just put us through to a human being, please! That being said, on the fourth try, I was helped by Ashley and she was super HELPFUL! Thank you Ashley, hope your supervisor reads this. You did a great job helping me with getting my son's immunization records :).

It’s not cheap but the facility is first class

This hospital has the suspect to charge too much on patient, and this happened to me once, after that i never go to this hospital. I had a ultrasound exam on liver for routine check as I know I have a problem on liver so i have to do exam every year or two years. Jan 24 2019 I had the ultrasound exam, I thought it just a ultrasound for several hundreds, but it surprised me when I saw the bill, more than $1600, with exam item i didn't expect before I took the exam and I didn't need the exam actually. Requested their bill apartment to review, no change, i have to pay the extra $1000 i don't need to pay if I didn't change hospital to Palo alto medical foundation. It's a bad experience, hope guys to confirm price before you take any treatment from this hospital.

Personnel are unprofessional and unqualified. The radiologist noted my CT scan showed a 5cm nodule while the true result is actually 5mm. No comments from doctor and no response to my concerns. Already spent hundreds of dollars on blood testing before finally learned the radiologist made a "typo".
