Receptionist was rude enough on the phone that I won't even try this practice. I was cancelled on two days before my daughter's appointment (that we've been waiting for for 6 months) and the earliest they had was the end of December. My daughter needs help now and to get pushed back and disregarded is so discouraging. When I expressed this in tears, I was met with an extreme amount of sass, coldness, and overall carelessness that I would find an unsafe and unhelpful place for my daughter to be treated. So glad we didn't waste any more time here.

I thought our experience here was very solid. 1 Dr Lawrence listened. This sounds dumb, but my son has complicated issues, and most doctors immediately think they understand him better than I do, which was not the case here. 2. Dr Lawrence patiently explained to me everything so that I understood without sounding exasperated or hurried, despite being very overworked due to the loss of one of their doctors.

I took my daughter here regarding amoxicillin, dairy, and seasonal allergies. Upon reading her results I was told she was not even tested for amoxicillin. That was very disappointing considering I’ve been told since she was two years old that she was allergic to it. The nurse practitioner that saw my daughter did not hear my concerns. I will for sure go get a second opinion somewhere else.
