Doctor Michelle Kelly-Matteson is fantastic! I absolutely loved her — she evaluated my 6 month old and was very sweet, and took her time. However, Janelle working at the receptionist desk is straight up rude and has a crappy attitude. I feel terrible for the young girl who’s training and has to deal with Janelle daily, seriously poor thing.

Supposedly they do not accept my medical insurance when in fact they do accept my medical insurance when I go with through the emergency area so it makes absolutely no sense. Plus they treated me like I was stupid over the phone when I'm just trying to get my son's pediatric care handled after I have been going through months of trying to get my stuff changed and nobody I repeat nobody is going to see my son because these people are claiming that my medical insurance is useless
