I had a highly disappointing experience at this outpatient clinic. While the facility itself is pleasant, it seems to cater to those who can afford unexpected bills. Four months after our visit, we started receiving additional bills in small increments, labeled as physician fees and hospital fees. They claimed these were part of our insurance plan and deductible. For a simple doctor’s note to allow my 15-month-old to return to daycare, I initially received a bill for $124, which I paid promptly. The insurance did not cover the visit, citing it as a sick visit. No medication was prescribed, and there were no examinations of heart or lung sounds.
