Dr. Tebbe and the staff are wonderful. I appreciate the ease of scheduling an appointment, and the front staff are very helpful. Wait times are reasonable too. The nurses are very carrying and take the time to understand our needs. Dr. Tebbe takes his time and listens well, always prescribing us with the best steps to ensure our son’s health. The front staff have always been very helpful to provide me with documentation when requested for insurance needs too.

Dr Tebbe and all the staff are excellent. Minimal wait times and always someone to fill in for a sick visit. I believe Dr Tebbe goes above and beyond to provide excellent care and plug gaps in specialist care not available in Brevard. He is truly an exceptional doctor and we are thankful to whole office.

Viera office is clean and modern. Office staff friendly and helpful at check-in/out. NP Eryn Preston had lovely bedside manner and good recommendations to share. I recommend this office for your child if sick or for a well-visit.

While I give Betty C a 5/5...The nurses are 2/5. The front desk is 4/5, but the front desk is over worked and have to multi-task. So its not fair to her. They have a sign about labor shortages, but that is not an excuse anymore. COVID is over. I have been semi lucky getting a sick visit. I know others not so much. However, with the demand and amount of kids I hope they can ramp up more doctors. I had to wait over an hour 2 times for vaccine shots which is ridiculous when you were given an appointment time. Hats off to the receptionist who got on the nurses as to why it is taking so long. Nurses the low review is because when we call, we have to speak to them. The answers we receive are usually Google responses which I already did or go to an urgent care or ER. I thought we are trying to

We don’t see Dr. Hardison often, but every time we do, I’m reminded of how lucky we are to have her as our pediatrician. She has such a calm, warm presence that immediately puts both me and my daughter at ease. It’s clear she genuinely cares and listens with such attention and intention — you never feel rushed, and she never misses a detail. She brings so much heart to her work, and it’s incredibly inspiring to witness someone so dedicated, skilled, and compassionate. You can tell she balances a lot, and yet somehow still shows up with grace and patience. We are truly grateful for her care — she’s one of those rare providers who leave a lasting impression, not just professionally, but personally too.
