Pediatrics Day and Night

Sophia, disgrace and shame on you as a med provider and a woman who I'm sure have kids herself. Would you want them to be treated the way you treated asthmatic child? Sofia the manager didn't make an exception to admit 10 years old kid who was waiting for a month to become a patient. It was a mistake on your side not verifying what was needed to be admitted earlier and it cost us severe sinusitis, earache, headache. Then after all this time, all the paperwork ready you told me to wait till you look through record, not giving me emergency appointment? AdvoCare never treated patients this way. Now moving to Ivy Pediatric who opened the door to us the same day after I explain the situation. Medical facilities operated by management like yours shouldn't exist. Sorry

The front desk has a terrible service. I waited for more than 30 to be attended to and the two people who were apparently didn't even know that I was waiting patiently for them. 3 more children arrived who had appointments and were treated before my son. The service must be evaluated and monitored because it is of very poor quality. My son's appointment was at 4:30 and we arrived at 4:15 and it's still 4:44 and they haven't even asked us yet what the reason for our visit is. Apparently the front desk staff is in a hurry to go home. There is only one person left, the other person has already left.

We’ve been coming to this office since my son was born—he’s 12 now—and we’ve always had a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. We never have trouble getting appointments when we need them, and they’ve always made us feel well cared for. It’s the only doctor’s office he’s ever known, and we’ve never had a reason to go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

Dr Reyes usually we see at pediatics Day and night and Dana NP. My Kids love yiur office so much . Highly recommend!

Good services I have no complaints. The appointments have gotten better I can say. Also my little one loves coming to the doctors because all the staff is very nice.
