Pediatrician Dearborn

Absolutely love this office...there's not a thing I can say bad about it....my kids have been going here since birth (2011) and I will never take them anywhere else. I was reading reviews and alot say office staff is bad .....I completely disagree and would tell you just go there one time to see for yourself....you will love the office I'm sure of it....office staff goes above and beyond for parents and children and doctors are truly amazing..all of them..i have never had a problem and care has always been top notch.I have always been able to get my children seen when needed and even all four of them at the same time when sick .They have worked with me on late appointments and even weekend appointments (when there open during flu seasons)... this office has been nothing but a blessing..I w

Utterly, utterly, useless front desk staff. Been calling back and forth for literal MONTHS just trying to get my sons FOOD prescription faxed back. The company is even calling them and they literally refuse. I can't wait to get it faxed, then we can get out of this office. Lady says "I helped you last time, ma'am." No you did not! If you did, you would have FAXED it the first time I asked. Shame, the Doctors are very nice, but the front staff needs to get canned. Been paying out of pocket for his script since this staff is refusing to fax papers. No one should have to babysit a doctors office. Not even worth 1 Star. Google needs a 0 star option.

I've had a bad experience the past 50 times I've been there. Can't say there's anything good about the place. Don't really care for the doctors either. But my wife likes to go there...I guess she likes fighting with the receptionists who speak very rude and literally said "there are no such things as clerical errors". I have a job with REAL responsibilities where I can't speak to my customers that way nor say "I'm perfect". I doubt anything will change so I'll be going somewhere else. Good luck.

It’s great! I have been with Kelly and Dr Troyes for ever, before they were here it’s a bit different but over all it’s ok. Everyone is nice, at times!! But it’s a great place clean well maintained organized it’s A ok with me!

My daughter has been going here since the night she was born in 2017. The staff and Doctors are very friendly and understanding and very Autistic friendly.
