West Dearborn Urgent Care

If I could give them less than 1 star I absolutely would. This is absolutely the nastiest urgent care I've ever taken my baby to (he's under 2). There was a previous patients blood dried on floor and exam table!! BLOOD!! NOT CLEANED UP BEFORE BRINGING A BABY (THE PATIENT) INTO THE ROOM!!! The sharps needle container had no lid so you can just put your hand right in with the needles. Random equipment put in with the tongue depressors, open no longer sterile gauze pads waiting to be used on some random unsuspecting patient who don't know better. I have begun to report them to Laura and the state of Michigan medical board.

If I could give 10 stars to this place, I would. I visited this urgent care numerous times. The facility is always clean and organized. Very friendly staff. The doctors are amazing. I highly recommend.

I visited West Dearborn Urgent Care for the first time earlier this week and had to go back for a follow-up today. Every staff member I interacted with was very kind and professional. Since I didn’t have a car today, they were incredibly accommodating and got me in for a telehealth visit within minutes. At 35 weeks pregnant, that meant a lot. A special shout-out to Dr. Al Khoury for his kindness and expertise. Highly, highly recommend!

Excellent experience at West Dearborn urgent care. They are very professional.

Kind, efficient and clean. Son had seizure and needed stitches. Verry happy how they handled everything. Thank you.
