Pediatricare Associates Woodland Park Office

We had a generally positive experience with this pediatric office while we were active patients. However, after informing the office that we were moving to a different location , communication became noticeably difficult. We have not seen any doctor in the new location so it just felt right for me to still call the Woodland Park office since technically, my son is still a patient there. It felt like our concerns and follow-up questions were no longer being entertained or prioritized once we were no longer continuing care at that specific location. I understand transitions can be busy, but families still need support during that process — especially when staying within the same network. Ps. My daughter is a patient of their practice. This practice is probably the best one out of all their locations. The doctors that practice here are very amazing doctors. My daughter is by far the definition of a bad patient because of her fear of doctors and nurses. They are absolutely amazing with her. They listen to my concerns and dont dismiss my opinion at all. They have great bedside manner. They are the only reason I continue to go to this practice. The front staff is also great, its always easy to make an appointment for a sick visit the same day and easy to make an appointment for a well visit, immunizations, and calling with a question or concern. They get paperwork done very quickly and get it back to you just as quickly. They also correspond to tell you that they received it as we

The receptionist are great , the doctor’s amazing . Communication between the staff 10/10. When it comes to concerns and questions there’s no waiting paper work all gets done every appointment no need to ask for up date records because always get sent home with one . It takes time finding a primary that’s suitable and convenient I am so thankful I came across this office and it’s practice .

The staff handling the phones and front desk are unable to schedule appointments for any of my children due to a technical issue on their end. No one in the office seems able to resolve the problem, and instead, they just complain about every family that walks through the door. It’s nearly impossible to schedule an appointment or get seen.

Coming from a horrible experience at our last pediatrician, we came to this location with our guards up. First thing standing to us is they have two waiting sections (sick & non-sick). This keeps colds from spreading. They have cute decorations all over the office. You can tell it was done with care. That’s important because the staff display that special attention to detail and care to their patients. The office seems to be brand new and well kept. No scratches or paint missing off the wall. Seats are comfy. Waiting rooms are spacious. Patient rooms are also comfortable and not intimidating. Leslie (Receptionist) was especially helpful. She went out of her way to get a frustrating insurance process sorted out for us. She went the extra mile & it made my wife and I feel valued. Nurses h
