Vigor is such a top notch PT center. Dr. Mark has literally changed my life. A little over a year ago, I had a debilitating back injury. After being referred by a friend, began my wellness journey. Using a combination of dry needling, massage, stretching, cold laser therapy, as well as targeted light strength training, I made a complete recovery! Dr. Mark is very responsive, helpful and adaptable in our sessions. Once my healing was almost complete, we transitioned into additional exercises strengthening my core. I am literally in the best shape of my adult life now, giving me not only more confidence, but the tools I need to continue my fitness journey. Been working with Mark and Igor for almost 11 months and it has been amazing. With their help I have successfully rehabbed after ACL, meniscus, MCL injury/ surgery. The team is knowledgeable, kind, and fantastic to work with. Could not recommend a better physical therapy group

The staff at Vigor PT are amazing! Scheduling appointments is patient friendly and the staff works one on one with patients to get you back to health. Dr. Mark has made my back and shoulder pain go away and I am able to work out like I did when I was in my 20’s.

Came to enroll my Parents today but unfortunately the receptionist was very unprofessional and rude. She does not even know what kind of insurance they take and answering my questions in very unprofessional manner.

Vigor PT is an excellent practice. Igor helped me multiple times during the past few years. This is not your typical comercial/corporate PT practice. Igor is very good at what he does, cares about your condition and rehab, listen to you and on top of that he is a very nice guy. Wish I had more time to go.
